Sting Concert in Sanford’s Ft. Mellon Park

I have to admit that this one caught me off guard.  For the life of me, I can’t fathom it.  Why the hell would Sting play in a Sanford park?  According to the web site iLike.com, Sting will play  in Sanford’s Ft. Mellon Park on Tuesday, October 5th at 8:00 pm.  Check the link below if you’re interested in tickets.

    It’s not true. He is performing in the UK that night as is all the artists that are listed to be performing there.

      Peter, Thanks for the note. Where is it listed that he’s performing in the UK that night? I tend to believe that, given that Sanford’s park just doesn’t seem to be an appropriate venue. However, he was listed on another site to be performing there. It’s definitely odd.
